Meadow School thrives on excellence. We are focused on student success, both academically and socially. Our continual high test scores, strong employee morale, excellent student behavior, and tremendous parent involvement are exemplified by our motto, "Relentlessly Pursuing Success for all." Meadow School is a community of life long learners who enjoy interacting with one another. Our highly qualified teachers work as a team to promote individual and group excellence. We value our students and the unique talents they bring to our school.
We are proud that we have twice been awarded the Blue Ribbon Honors Award, most recently last year. Only thirty-five schools across California were nominated, and we were the only school north of San Francisco in this group! Our nomination was based on consistently scoring in the top 10% of the state on assessments tests, showing API growth over several years, and meeting 2004 API growth targets. Our API scores continued to grow this year. Our dedicated, committed, creative, talented staff works hard to keep Meadow as one of the top schools in California.
This year Meadow is integrating a Character Education program into our school. Each month we will highlight a different trait in our classrooms and at our assemblies. In addition, Meadow is proud to continue our "Bully Free Zone" policy. Our entire student body has decided that bullies do not have a place at Meadow, and we work hard to focus on positive, inclusive, interactive behavior. We are thankful that the Meadow community- students, teachers, administration and parents- all work together to keep Meadow a safe place to learn.
We hope that you will take some time to enjoy our website. This year we are actively working on making our site even better and more useful. The various links will allow you to explore some of the programs that are offered at Meadow. Please take time to learn about our active, involved and AMAZING PTA (link is in the top left corner). If you have not yet joined, please do so, as we would love to have you as part of our team. Our goal this year is 100% parent participation! We truly believe that a team approach is essential in the success of educating our children.

Then, click on that link, and see all the wonderful things your child will be doing and learning this year! You will see why our community is proud of us, and why we are so proud to be in our community. We are confident that your child will enjoy learning at Meadow School!
